Essential features of the saw specially developed for the process of cutting additively manufactured components:

• High-performance automatic band saw for individual cuts of additively manufactured components in easy-to-machine materials

•  Optimal operator protection - complete machine housing according to the latest CE criteria

•  Simple and easily accessible complete machine housing allows the operator to easily load and unload the baseplate by opening the guard doors

•  Automatic turning device - precise positioning of parts by 180°. Sawn components drop into a properly prepared collection container to avoid unnecessary operator hazard or component damage.

•  Machine prepared for connecting an extraction system

•  Fast movements via servo drives and ball screws for material feeding (turning device) and linearly guided saw frame

•  Efficient use of the material by introducing the thickness of the panel with subsequent automatic adjustment of the height of the upper part of the saw

•  Visual inspection window on material removal tab / individual component removal by simply pausing.
