KASTO win PRO AC 5.6

The KASTO win PRO AC 5.6 high-performance band saw is optimized for solid materials, tubes and profiles. Users will appreciate its short cutting times, long tool life and intuitive operation. The fully automatic machine is optimized for bimetallic and carbide blades and can be applied in areas such as steel trading, steel production, forging, machine manufacturing and automotive industry. 

In addition to helping to reduce tooling costs, it significantly increases production speed and efficiency. Depending on the blade type, cutting times can be reduced by 50% or more. The KASTO win PRO is designed for a wide range of applications and offers superior performance with both carbide and bimetallic saw blades. An important feature is its innovative feeding system, which is controlled by means of two ball screws, each with a servo drive for precise and infinitely variable control.

The KASTO win PRO AC 5.6 also has a retract unit on each side to lift the blade off the surface when the saw head moves backwards. This makes cutting particularly efficient and accurate with minimal tool wear. Furthermore, this fully automatic saw comes with EasyControl, an advanced control unit. It is easy to use and reduces downtime in automatic operation for maximum cutting performance. All parameters can be optimized to match the type of blade being used.
