MPOS-CBIT (ELECTRIC) and EVTK-02 (PNEUMATIC)

AKRA Micro Oil Sprayers are equipment designed to use the MQL (Minimum Amount Lubrication) technique. This system mixes oil and compressed air in technical and economic proportions, applying an atomized mist generated in a controlled way in the machining process, providing greater performance and reducing the aggression to the environment by eliminating the disposal of cutting oils.

where to use

  • Band Saws;

  • Circular Saws;

  • Milling;

  • Drilling (drills);

  • Threaders (males);

  • Stampings and Perforations in general;

  • Thread Laminators.

Purpose and Advantages
Elimination of soluble oil bringing thus:

  • Ending the health risks of operators (development of possible dermatitis) and environmental damage (since an expensive cost is necessary for the disposal of soluble oil in nature);

  • Decreased operational electricity consumption costs;

  • Decreased purchase, logistics and handling costs of large volumes of soluble oil;

  • Reduction of maintenance costs in the production area (factory floor, cleaning of machines, handling and storage of processed material, etc.);

  • Greater durability and tool performance as it substantially reduces friction in addition to lubricating and cooling the cutting area (minimizing variations in the thermal behavior of the machine);

  • Preservation of the dimensional accuracy and geometry designed for the benefited parts;

  • Production of dry chips that do not require treatment or time to eliminate residual moisture, thus leading directly to remelting furnaces or better sales in the recycling market.

Why use the Akra Micro Oil Sprayer?

  • They use the MQL (Minimum Amount of Lubrication) technique;

  • The need for a production technique that is not aggressive to operators and the environment, in addition to the rapid growth of cutting fluid costs, has justified the development and application of an alternative technique to the fluid machining process.

  • In other words, greater savings, with less waste and not being aggressive to the environment.
